Multi-Purpose Messaging Options

Apex sends messages from dedicated toll-free numbers to increase engagement in a number of ways:


  • Auto-response feature can provide a quick and efficient way to put benefit information at employees’ fingertips, when they need it.


  • Text-2-Join feature can be used to collect missing contact information necessary for enrollment.


  • Push reminders to employees who haven’t finished enrolling in their benefits or to highlight important deadlines.
